About the guest speker:
A decorated U.S. Army veteran, Bruce Mendelsohn earned an Active Duty Commission in 1990 from Fordham University ROTC. His service from 1990 - 1993 includes two overseas tours (South Korea and Germany). Mr. Mendelsohn graduated from U.S. Army Airborne School and Joint Service Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare School. A native of Washington, D.C., where he attended Kesher Israel shul, he lives in Millbury with his spouse, Dr. Heather Ann Thompson. The Mendelsohn and Thompson families share an enviable record of military service dating back to the Spanish-American War in 1898.
