Physical Distancing

Our staff will remind campers frequently to social distance. Our program will do its best to design activities in a way that physical distancing guidelines can be observed.


Masks will be worn:

  • When doing an activity that will bring staff or children within 6 feet of each other
  • Whenever entering the facility, masks will be required by children 
  • On a rainy day, activities will move indoors and children will be required to wear masks 

Pickup and Drop-off Procedures


All childrenand staff will be required to pass a health screening each morning.  

Parents will not enter on the grounds at any time, all communications will be done via email or phone.

  1. Upon arrival, children will wait in their cars.
  2. A staff member will approach the car and request the name of the child. The staff member will verify that the Health Screening Form was submitted and the child will be allowed to exit the car.
  3. The  child will be required to sanitize hands and then proceed to the activity area.


  1. Pickup will take place only between 11:50 - 12:00 PM.
  2. Parents/guardians will remain in their cars and wait for a staff member to direct the children to their cars. 


Our staff will be sanitizing the restroom after each use. The facility will be sanitised daily including door handles, tables, bathrooms, etc.  As well, we will be equipped with sanitizing sprays in accordance with Massachusetts regulations.

Hand washing will take place often and under the supervision of the counselors. The following times are mandatory for hand washing / sanitizing:

  • Immediately upon arrival.
  • Before and after snack.
  • After using the bathroom.
  • Before leaving camp at the end of the day.

Food & Drink

  • All snacks will be provided to campers individually wrapped, fruit will be thoroughly washed.
  • Cooking and baking activities will be done with extra precautions.

 If a Child or Staff Contracts COVID-19

Sick children or staff who are COVID-19 positive or symptomatic and presumed to have COVID-19 must not return until they have met the criteria for discontinuing home isolation and have consulted with a health care provider.

If a child or staff member contracts COVID-19, all families of our program will be notified.
