Daphne Blacker
Daphne Blacker is a trained whole foods chef with over 20 years experience as a teacher, lecturer, private chef, recipe developer and tester.  Daphne is a graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute of Food and Health Chef’s Training Program.  She is also the owner of pre-pear.

Meryl Lemeshow

 

Meryl Lemeshow, RN, BSN, CNOR(E), CPT, CCES, is a registered nurse, personal trainer, cancer exercise specialist, and most importantly… a breast cancer survivor since 1992.

Irina Rozina   

Irina Rozina is a certified Yoga Instructor.  Her motto is "Because Nourishing Your Body is a Mitzvah...” 
Irina teaches private groups of women and assists as an instructor at Newton Adult Ed. She is also working towards her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree at Clayton College.
 
Geri Segel
 Geri Segel is a certified Health Coach.  She is registered with the AADP, an independent professional association for holistic healthcare professionals. Geri became interested in nutrition and helping people reach weight loss goals when she reached her personal goal. After losing 175 lbs, she started working at a National weight loss program as a consultant...

Carol Sokol
Carol Kay Sokol is a clinical social worker with nearly three decades of experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings. She has her BS from Pace University, MPS in Humanistic Education from SUNY-New Paltz, MS in Family Counseling from Iona College and MSW from Adelphi University.   She has extensive experience and interest in leading women’s groups.
